Game gets 5 stars but watch out if you spend money

My son and I both play this game, and I had purchased several packages for myself successfully. About three weeks ago I did $100 package for my son to get a good start and they took our money, never gave items, we followed proper reporting and proof of receipt etc (4 times they requested it) and still nothing. I recently tried through my game and they took my money and gave no items again. I really like the game but feel scammed twice, out $200 bucks now.
