Great game poor support

Been playing a couple months now and one of the best RPGs around. Lots of characters and freebies to keep you interested. Just wish their support was better. Have had a character disappear and three trapped in a expedition for half a week now and no reply from them on how to fix it. Will be giving up shortly and moving onto a different game.
